Refund Policy

If, after payment, access to the materials (Trello board/template, Google Drive project folder, Facebook advertising strategy, private Telegram community) has not yet been provided, and the user requests a refund, the funds will be fully refunded to the bank card used for payment upon request. Otherwise, a refund is not possible.

To initiate the refund process, please send an email to help@vecomlab.com, specifying your refund request and providing a detailed explanation of the reasons for your request.

Once the refund request is approved and processed, the funds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days (depending on the issuing bank).
