This Agreement outlines the terms of use for Users of the materials and services on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1. General Terms of Access to the Website
─ By accessing the materials on the Website, the User is considered to have agreed to this Agreement.
─ The Administration of the Website reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. 3. Other Terms

─ If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, this does not affect the validity of other provisions of the Agreement.
─ Inaction by the Administration of the Website in the event of a violation of the Agreement by any User does not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and safeguard its copyright on materials protected by law.
─ No information presented on the website may be considered a public offer.
The User confirms that they have read all the points of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
